purposes of filling prescriptions for patients.
* Laboratory - IWANTMYT3 may release name, address, laboratory service information, date of birth, and billing information for purposes of ordering lab tests for patients.
Any financial information collected is used for billing purposes only. Patients receive notification of fees associated with IWANTMYT3 transactions, and must actively accept any fees assessed.
Registered IWANTMYT3 users are notified of any changes or updates to the IWANTMYT3 privacy policy. IWANTMYT3 reserves the right to change the terms of this Privacy Policy at any time by posting those changes on our service so that you are always aware of our processes related to collection, use and disclosure of information.
